How did Theo and Amin come up with the idea for SynsorMed?

Personal reasons provided the why, but Theo’s work at Cisco and Amin’s work in healthcare consulting allowed for the execution. 

How was RPM positioned at first?

Initially there was hesitation at first but we found opportunities to help readmissions at hospitals and service patients suffering alone at home.


But when new CPT codes were released the financial model started to make sense.

How did we navigate our company during COVID?

We created a non-profit effort to compact the issues faced by underserved patients. The SOS Council was an imitative that we provided free resources to help with data collection to get more resources to communities at risk.

We believe that Google is totally aligned with our vision to help underserved communities in the start up world.
